Ed Truscelli, Executive Director

Ed has been an ardent advocate for and meaningful contributor to the creation of quality affordable homes in New Jersey for the past 25 years.   In 2012, he joined the team at PCH as Executive Director.  Prior to working with PCH, he was the former Vice President of Planning & Development for Springpoint Senior Living in (formerly Presbyterian Homes and Services of NJ) where in his eleven-year tenure there, he successfully obtained funding and coordinated the efforts of allied project professionals to construct ten new senior affordable housing communities and to substantially renovate seven existing senior affordable housing communities. While at Springpoint, he was also responsible for the development of new continuing care retirement and assisted living communities and the ongoing capital improvement of all residential properties.

Before Springpoint, he was an architect with Clarke Caton Hintz in Trenton, NJ where he shared responsibility for the firm’s senior living design and adaptive reuse practices.

He is a former trustee of the NJ Community Development Corporation in Paterson (2003-2015), and former chair (1999-2013) of the Affordable Housing Committee in Hopewell Township, NJ. He also serves on the Finance Committee of LeadingAge NJ, the statewide association of not-for-profit senior care organizations which is dedicated to advancing quality aging services and housing in New Jersey through advocacy, education, and fellowship.  He is a former Trustee of the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey, an organization dedicated to creating and preserving affordable housing opportunities and strong communities in New Jersey. Today, he serves as a board member of Dorothea House.

Ed is a graduate of Columbia University and earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia.
