Why PCH? Why were you interested in joining the PCH Board and working for affordable housing in Princeton?

I joined the PCH Development Corporation Board of Trustees in spring 2024. I’ve been interested in affordable housing for a long time. Over the past several years, I’ve begun to learn how well PCH has managed its properties and how it has quietly and successfully supported its communities. When I was offered the opportunity to participate, I was happy to jump in.

What is your professional background?

I work in investment management, primarily investing in diversified pools of credit instruments. Some of the investments our team has made over the years have had an affordable housing angle, and I was interested in learning more from the not-for-profit side.

How long have you been in the Princeton area?

My wife and I were born and raised in Princeton Jct. and returned to Princeton in 2003 to start our family.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I enjoy spending time with my family over shared meals and board games, travelling to new places and rediscovering old ones. I also enjoy a healthy NYTimes crossword habit.
