Why PCH? Why were you interested in joining the PCH Board and working for affordable housing in Princeton?

I understand the importance of housing and how it provides stability for an individual or family.  Housing is part of an economic system of benefits and services that citizens enjoy beyond shelter.

Education, the ability to vote, build credit, create memories with family, friends and neighbors are examples of those benefits.

What is your professional background?

I am Founder and President of Davis Delk Consulting, LLC., an executive coaching and management consulting firm working with leaders in Fortune 500 companies.  Prior to that I worked in Corporate America in Fortune 50 organization as an executive in Human Resources.

How long have you been in the Princeton area?

21 Years.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love live performances of music, dance, theatre, and travel.
